Michael E. Osborne
CHAIRMAN
Mike Osborne provides leadership and oversight for all investments and construction projects, drawing on his five decades of experience spanning industrial, retail, office and land development projects. Since founding M.E. Osborne, Mike has developed thousands of acres of raw land and constructed over 15 million square feet of building space. He knows what truly drives the market and has built trusted relationships throughout Northeast Ohio. Additionally, Mike currently serves as the Managing Member of Osborne Concrete & Stone and Grand River Asphalt.
Brian Osborne
MANAGING PARTNER - M.E. OSBORNE
Brian Osborne is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company, new acquisitions and the asset management of the Company’s real estate portfolio. Mr. Osborne brings a depth of experience and knowledge of commercial real estate, capital markets and the construction industry. Mr. Osborne has led the company in the development of a wide range of projects including industrial, senior housing, residential subdivisions, retail, and GSA build-to-suit facilities. Prior to joining M.E. Osborne, Mr. Osborne was an Associate with Klaff Realty L.P., a Chicago based private equity real estate firm. Prior to joining Klaff, Mr. Osborne worked as a senior analyst for General Growth Properties, the second largest U.S. regional mall REIT at the time. Mr. Osborne graduated from Miami University in 2003 with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he studied International Business at the Miami University European Center in Luxembourg.
Donald Deitrick
President - Construction
Don Deitrick joined M.E. Osborne in 1979 after working as a consulting engineer for Frank A. Thomas & Associates from 1974 until 1979. From April 1968 to March 1971 Don served in the U.S. Army. He served in the Mekong Delta of South Vietnam with the 86th Engineer Battalion, Combat from September, 1968 until August, 1969. Mr. Deitrick graduated from Cleveland State University in 1974 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and in 1980 with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Deitrick obtained his Ohio Professional Engineer License in 1978. Mr. Deitrick became a partner in the company in 1980. Don is responsible for all construction projects, estimating and field personnel. Don has received a multitude of accolades from clients throughout his 42-year history with M.E. Osborne, being an integral part of the MEO team.
Joseph Deitrick
VICE PRESIDENT - CONSTRUCTION
Joe Deitrick is the second generation in his family to provide leadership for M.E. Osborne. Joe started with M.E. Osborne as a part-time employee in 1998 working as an associate construction supervisor. Mr. Deitrick became a full-time member of staff upon graduating from Baldwin Wallace College in 2004 and is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of each project. Joe has significant experience in project management, project controls, contract management, and serves as the main liaison between the construction team, architects, owners, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Mr. Deitrick is responsible for implementing all safety initiatives.
